As per title, can I do this? It probably sounds like a silly question but I just can't figure out nor get a straight answer from googling. As you can tell, I am very new to all this :D Any help would be appreciated.

manage inventory will indicate on each sku if you have the featured offer or not

You can't tell which other seller has the buybox from Seller Central. The buybox winner can vary by buyer location, so there can be a different winner depending on who is looking at the page.
