My First and New ASIN Got Malicious Review Attack By Competitors, Amazon Could do Nothing about it !

Hello Great Amazon Team/Jeff,

It's has been over 1 week, and the malicious reviews still up there and the malicious review attack is still on their way, I have provided suffcient evidence for you,but it seems make no sense. It's so disappointing. The manipulators still happy for their attack, because they successfully stopped my ASIN from a good rank. My asin is out of "new product period" now.

I'm a new seller to Amazon and this is my first product. Someone is manipulating the reviews of my ASIN so obviously, I can't believe why no actions was took.

I have provided the proofs MORE THAN a seller could provide. I tried contact Any TEAM that I can contact, but they keep replying the same thing, and DID NOTHING.

The all I want is a equal and fair platform for all sellers. Please help me!

  3. You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there, though it's important to note you won't receive a response from this alias, though all submissions will be reviewed!
