Buyer Requested Full Refund in Exchange for Feedback Removal
Hi everyone,
Opening this thread to report a serious violation involving a buyer who left a 1-star review calling us “scammers” — even after receiving a 50% goodwill refund without returning the product.
The buyer messaged us saying they would only remove the review if we issued a full refund.
We’ve already submitted an abuse report via the official form, but we strongly believe this case deserves escalation.
We kindly warned the buyer about their false and malicious comment, but no resolution so far.
This is a clear case of feedback manipulation and an attempt at bribery, violating Amazon’s Feedback and Communication Policies.
We’d really appreciate your help in getting this looked into and resolved.

This is terrible. I feel that Amazon allows the buyers to be able to manipulate us via feedback. Buyers are free to abuse us. We have to fight to have issues, feedback removed, and this isn't fair at all. Amazon is all about using us, and giving the buyers 100% ability to abuse us. Ava

Do NOT give him any refund, i have done this and the next day the buyer bought many more of our product and leave us more bad reviews. I have reason to believe, if i refunded him again and he will have all his families and friends buy and review.
The bad dream has to be ended.
