Seller product issue - unable to contact account team

I have 2 products that have been complained about as violating the nature of the product.
I show that there are 2 products that have been complained about violating the nature of the product, but it is not clear which aspect of the product violates the nature of the product, because we can't contact the account team, please inquire about the reason and hope to be able to contact the team by phone, or email back to us, I am very anxious, I hope to be able to get a reply as soon as possible.

You will not get a reply from anyone from Amazon on here - a forum of other sellers, only. You maybe just need to open a case with Seller Support 'Help'.
Your tag to account manager will not work, unless you actually have an account manager ?
