kyc document verification error

I uploaded a document for kyc verification, I received an e-mail saying your account was activated, but for 3 weeks, my account has been deactivated, I am talking to mhz representatives, it is said that we are sending it to the relevant department, but there is still no improvement, can you help me what I need to do?
