Some possibilities --

Are you in Brand Registry?

Does the name and other information at GS1 match all the information on your account registration and in BR?

If there is a mismatch Amazon gets 'testy'.

So you are labeling international name brand products as being your own brand of B4Y instead of Coke, Pepsi, Monster and others. That would be why.

Hello @Seller_YJ94PzQUb505k,

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your listings and you are creating listings as generic or your own brand that have a brand name on them already. This is a policy violation and can lead to account suspension. You can also review the Detail Page Rules policy, specifically, the section on Adding a Product Page. When creating your products, you must input the exact brand that is on the product, not change it to your brand or list it as a generic. I would advise that you remove all of the listings you have created by following this help page and the instructions that state:

Delete both your offers and item data contributions.

Enter an "x" in the add-delete field in your Inventory Loader file. This will completely remove all data associated with your SKU.

I would also advise that you appeal all of the notices in your Account Health Dashboard and do not continue to create ASIN's that infringe on other brands and go against policy.

Regards,

Michelle
