I’ve been selling a product on Amazon for over two years, and it used to be a best seller in its category. Recently, I noticed that the Best Seller Rank (BSR) for this product has disappeared, even though the ASIN continues to generate high sales within the category.I’ve opened a case with Amazon Seller Support, but their responses have been unhelpful, consisting mostly of generic, copy-paste instructions on how to create a listing.Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Generally it's one of two reasons. Sometimes a product gets incorrectly tagged as being an adult product, more commonly it has simply lost its browse node.
If you type "browse node" into help there's a self-help tool that can fix it. Otherwise it's on Support.

Thanks for reaching out! @Seller_QuM1AZgzfU9x4 mentioned 2 good reasons related to why the rank sales could be missing.
Another reason can be if the ASIN belongs to a variation family. The product is missing ranking because the child ASINs do not have the same browse categories as the family.
Can be this the case of your product?
