Refund For Expedited Shipping
I have a question for return with Expedited Shipping Orders, if the return is not seller fault, if it is buyer decided return, like there is nothing wrong with the product, do I have to refund the Expedited Shipping fee that customer has paid extra for faster delivery?

Not at all, that is your choice. You can also charge a restock fee per Amazon policy. However, a restock would only be applied in certain circumstances where the customer has damaged the product, opened sealed packaging etc. Read up on the policy for more details.
