Amazon giving customers refunds when they've not requested it
Amazon keeps on giving refunds to customers that have not requested one. I've had two customers in the past week contact me saying they have received a refund, even though they did not request this. No doubt Amazon has given more refunds than this that were not requested.
Has this happened to anyone else, and what is the solution?

to note, the customers received the products and were happy with them. They were surprised to be sent a refund for their order.

We've had the exact same issue.
A customer contacted us to tell us they received the item okay and did not request a refund, but Amazon had issued them a full refund for no reason.
I contacted Amazon under Case ID 9602070102, gave all details of this, but they are refusing to reimburse us. @Sarah_Amznplease can you escalate this case for us.
Amazon obviously owe us the refund amount for their error.
