Need Help with Amazon Policy Violation

Hi everyone,

I have a question and hope someone can help me out. I recently received a policy violation notice from Amazon regarding one of my products. The message states that I am prohibited from selling items made by the LUSH brand or using the trademark term "Lush" on the detail page.

However, I have thoroughly checked the product listing and found no references to "Lush".

Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this issue? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Do you want to share the listing? To see if there is something you might not have spotted?

Have you clicked "Edit" on the listing and looked at every field to see if Lush appears anywhere? Also look at the images closely to see if the bots have seen something in the product photos.

Check the keywords as if another seller has set it up they might have put something in there.

Are you sure it hasn't been used as a term in a description or bullet points. For example someone might say 'This is a lush product' which is not misusing the trademark but the Amazon bots could pick it up.

If it is a product sold by multiple sellers another seller may have changed the product to remove it.

If you really can't find it anywhere on the listing you can appeal to say that the product page doesn't contain the trademark.

Hello,

I am having a very similar issue. Amazon has deactivated my listing for a trademark infringement for a word. This word isn't used in my listing at all. I have no option under account health to appeal as it doesn't even show.

I have contacted amazon several times now and they just say that they have never seen this issue before.

I have had 360 Units of the product arrive at Amazon today and these are just going to be stranded and seems like theres no solution.

Any insights would be amazing.

Thank you

Hello @Seller_xPrv0Qb8qwogq,

Unfortunately, if the listing was deleted and we don't have the ASIN, we can't review what could trigger this violation.

I hope you will not have to use it, but in the future I would recommend you use the ctrl+F option to find the term on the Product Detail Page, and as already advised by other sellers, review closely the images.

In any case, if you don't find any violations on your listing, you can dispute the decision.

Did you have any issues with the ASIN that you relisted?

@Seller_PQD1qZdYc2eG3 , @Seller_d8YGbIjNqwFxn , thank you for sharing this guidance here. Those are very useful tips.✨

Regards,

Sakura
