Return empty box

A buyer has opened a return case. They sent back an empty box. I opened a Safe-T claim and now Amazon want a photo of the return! They just get better don't they

So, send them a photo of the empty box ! - hopefully you took one ?!

I would also contact the buyer to let them know that their return is being investigated as it was an empty box and NOT what you sent them (and presumably no evidence of the parcel being tampered with ?, so they cannot say it was stolen by the carrier !!) - see if they respond. This is a well known scam

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here. Including photos of the return is a normal part of opening a SAFE-T claim. You're supposed to include them at the outset - it's in the initial instructions.
