Is there any way to acheive Amazon prepaid (but customer paid) labels to customers anymore?
What I'm trying to achieve if possible, is when customer requests return, amazon gives them a prepaid label that is deducted from their refund.. Not paid out by me on top of their product refund. My products are all over $100 value and already exempt from the free returns.. Is there a way to achieve this anymore? It's all a bit confusing..
I have these return settings:
- auto-authorized, yes (can't change that)
- label type: amazon prepaid (can't change that)
- RMA: seller
- Labels for exempt items: unpaid label (which is all my items).
So currently, customers are paying returns themselves through whatever carrier they go to.. (or we manually give them prepaid label ourselves depending circumstance). However, it's a hassle for them and the return prices they get are all over the place depending on the carrier. So again, can I not have amazon just give them a prepaid label but customer pays for it, not me?
Thanks
