Trademark misuse with the words 'Dodge' and 'Philosophy'

I recently set up an amazon seller a country to sell clocks that I design and 3d print. I sell in other places, but Amazon has been hell from the start. I keep getting trademark violation issues in pretty much every country for words of which I have not used in any way that might violate other trademarks. I woke up this morning to the word 'philosophy' being flagged on alisting in my own country. An example of a sentense in the description that uses it reads 'a fusion of ancient philosophy and modern design'. How is that violating a trademark? I have had several listings removed in countries, such as Italy, for use of the word 'dodge'. My company name is Dodge Designs, so why the can I not put that as the manufacturer? Seller support have been useless, they just tell me to remove the words from all the listings, but I feel like this is just going to keep on going with more and more common words. It's affecting my account health, too. My account health in France has now dropped and I haven't even sold anything to there. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

you should be able to argue philosophy if the word is being used in its dictionary definition.

Dodge however may be harder. Obviously there is a fairly large car manufacturer called Dodge. So is your company name trademarked?
