cosmetic product regulation

Hello,

Azelaic Acid is a cosmetic ingredient per EU regulations, but one of our product contains Azelaic Acid is prohibited to be sold by Amazon because they say my product is a drug or medicine.

I didn't make any claims regarding disease, drug, medicine or changing body's structure, but no matter how I appeal, Amazon just say my product is a medicine because it contains Azelaic Acid.

The interesting thing is I can find other products contains Azelaic Acid sold on Amazon, and they have much higher percentage of Azelaic Acid than mine!

I provided documents from European Union Cosmetic Regulations to prove that Azelaic Acid is a permitted ingredient to be used in cosmetic products without limitations, but Amazon just don't read the documents and they just say they cannot reinstate my listings.
