Amazon's Faulty Policy
I found out that my account was associated with the company "smyrna store llc" as per section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement and I immediately sent all the documents that I thought were necessary, but I was told that they were insufficient and rejected.
So I contacted Dan at Account Health to find out what documents they wanted and why my account was associated and Dan told me that my account was associated because of the address and that I needed to send documents showing how I obtained the address.
So I gathered all the documents I could provide regarding the 3rd party company I used to set up my company in the US and the address of my company, prepared an appeal petition and sent it again, but it was rejected and not accepted again.
This time I contacted Burak, the Amazon seller account health expert, to find out why it was not accepted and to get some more detailed information, and he told me to specify that the company "smyrna store llc" was incorporated with a different registered agent and that my own company (YYP STORE US LLC) was incorporated with a different registered agent.
I fulfilled what Burak said and submitted the necessary documents;
I found the Wyoming incorporation agreement of the "smyrna store llc" company from the official Wyoming site, I sent my own Wyoming incorporation agreement and an appeal text explaining what to pay attention to in these two and explaining that the two companies were established with different registered agents, but again it was not accepted.
My only connection to the aforementioned “smyrna store llc” is that I am incorporated at 30n gould just like everyone else who incorporates in wyoming. Also, my corporation has a unit number unique to me, but the “smyrna store llc” corporation only has a street and building number. So we don't even have the same address.
I believe that I have provided all of the documentation requested of me and have proven that I am not affiliated with smyrna store llc.
