Track FBA Remotly Fulfilled Orders

We are enrolled in the "Remote Fulfillment (NARF)" program to have amazon.ca orders fulfilled from US fulfillment centers, however for some other items, we do ship directly to Amazon Canada fulfillment centers, and thus orders for these items in amazon.ca can then be fulfilled locally.

In our backend systems, we treat all US fulfillment centers as a single warehouse, then all CANADA FC's as another warehouse, we constantly import Amazon FBA shipments in order to keep a record of FBA inventory.

QUESTION: How can I differentiate which amazon.ca order lines were remotely fulfilled and thus need to deduct the quantity from the US (virtual) warehouse and which ones were locally fulfilled and need to deduct from CANADA (virtual) warehouse?

Hi @Seller_0woPER8ntyzgo,

Great question.

1. You can access the Report of "Multi-Country Inventory" to identify quantity per ASIN on each marketplace. Go to Reports -> Fulfillment -> on the left side Scroll until "Inventory" and Select "Show More", there you can download the "Multi-Country Inventory".

2. For Orders, when you are a hybrid account the system will always prioritize the FBA offer until this one is out-of-stock. To access the order report please follow these steps: US Account -> Inventory -> Remote Fulfillment with FBA -> Reports -> Download Order Report.

3. If there are ASINs you only want to have available via FBA Canada, you can download the ASIN Eligibility Report in that same landing page of "Report" and you can manage any ASIN (unenroll them from Remote Fulfillment).

Thanks.
