UK store is deactivated due to lack of UK VAT, would that affect other european stores?
Though I have never sent any stock to UK, my UK inventory is being used because a customer returned an item to UK. So Amazon asked me for UK VAT. I don't have it and I have no intention to apply UK VAT. My UK store is now deactivated and that's OK. However, I want to know if the lack of UK VAT and deactivation of UK store is going to cause deactivation of other EU stores like France even though I do have France VAT number?

yes it will affect all your marketplaces if one fits is deactivated. Have you tried getting the item destroyed by Amazon so no stock there. Maybe too late now though.
