Premium A+ Content Eligibility Help
We believe we have met the two requirements for Premium A+ Content but have not been given access. This seems to be a common issue. Here is a case number: 10586682222
The requirements:
- All of the Brand Owned ASINs in your catalog must contain published A+ Brand Story - done.
- You must have at least 15 A+ Content project submissions in "Approved" status within the past 12 months - done.
Any help would be appreciated.

Obtaining the Premium A+ access is a monthly process, and it's not automatically granted.
If you've recently fulfilled the requirements, you'll be enrolled during the next monthly enrollment cycle at the beginning of the month.
I suggest double-checking that all your ASINs have a Brand Story, and your last five projects have been approved and published within the past year.
By the way, the case ID 10586682222 is unrelated to this particular issue.
