Account verification pending 4 months
Please Help! My seller account had been restricted since January 19th after I submitted documents for account verification.
I liquidated my LTD and transitioned to a sole trader, Amazon keeps insisting that I register the liquidator as the point of contact. I have explained that the liquidators are agents of the company and not individuals it is impossible to register them on Amazon. Instead, I have sent the payment team a letter confirming the liquidators' approval for the account to be transferred to me. I also notified the Amazon payment team that the liquidation contract doesn't involve the sale of the Amazon seller account, so I can't provide that information.
No matter how many times I try to explain this, I keep receiving the same automated messages asking for the same information. I haven't been able to get in touch with the payment team, and no one has reached out to offer assistance. This has had a significant impact on my business, as my seller account has been restricted for 4 months now.

Although you have tagged multiple mods in your post, they have not tagged correctly and so doubt any of them will respond. They need to appear highlighted in blue - you need to start typing the name then select from the dropdown that appears.
