Report to include all sales transactions from 2019 to date
Hi,
I am trying to create a report that shows all sales orders (by year) from 2019 to date. I have tried this, but cannot seem to report on anything before May 2023. Can someone point me in the right direction for this report please?

Hi there @Seller_AqzAmRidfwM2u,
Amazon only keeps most sales and order report data for up to 18 months. That’s why anything before May 2023 isn’t showing up.
If you need older data, your best bet is to check if any past reports were downloaded and saved.
