We have noticed that there still is a lot of confusion regarding the difference between feedback and reviews.
Customer reviews are about the product, and seller feedback is about the seller and the purchase experience.

I think sellers are fully aware of the difference, but customers not, and that is a problem for sellers trying to get feedback removed when it is actually a product review.
