Can't Remove DPD as Prime Carrier
After spending weeks trying to get them added so I could print the test label for SFP I now can’t get rid of DPD as an option for my Prime orders. This is a problem because I don’t have DPD pick ups yet.
When I go into the Prime template and into Shipping Setting Automation and Edit Info I can uncheck the DPD box and save, when I come out it shows just Royal Mail but when I refresh the screen DPD comes back.
This is a problem because I am in danger of not being able to send Prime orders as sometimes it only gives me DPD as an option.

Hi,
Is Royal Mail your preferred pick up? We use DPD and Royal Mail on SFP and find that normally Royal Mail is not classed as a next day service.
If its still not 100% right I would suggest turning off SFP for now or if you do get sales and are not able to process them within the timescales required it could ruin your matrix.

Another quick thought, have you spoke to DPD onboarding to discuss a pick up with them? If not did you need a contact?

Ah ok. If it was me I would turn off SFP on your orders and just do SFM for now so you do not get in any issues with Amazon matrix. Until the label has been signed off. Annoyingly this process took us a few weeks to complete.

On the on-time metrics do not worry if DPD delivery is late, as long as you are buying shipping through Amazon they will cover this and it should not cause you issues.
The main thing you need to do right is ‘on-time shipment’, ‘buy shipping services’ and ‘cancellation rates’. You can control these but you can not control if a shipment is delivered late.
- Always ship your items on time
- For SFP always get the shipping through Amazon Buy Shipping (unless on very very rare occasions it is an area they can not ship to, we have had this once for Jersey and needed to do the label ourselves)
- Keep your cancellation rate low.
