How do sellers create listings for a big brand under their own name?
Hi everyone,
I just came across a few listings, and I don't understand how it's possible for them to exist or how I can replicate these listings as my own. I mean creating my own listings—it’s restricted for me, and while I can apply for approval, it’s impossible because the brand doesn’t exist. The product is a big branded item, and the seller’s brand has never been associated with it. It seems like a kind of listing protection to prevent other sellers from "stealing" your sales.
How is this possible?
I’ve included an ASIN that represents my thoughts. Disclosure: I’m not affiliated with or connected to this shop in any way—this is purely for the question and discussion. I could provide many other examples.
ASIN: B0CHJN5KH2
Thank you
P.S. It seems that only long-time sellers do this—I mean, those with around 1,000+ positive shop reviews.

These listings shouldn't exist if Amazons listing policies/procedures are followed. There are a lot of things wrong with a lot of listings on Amazon, sometimes Amazon will take action but most of the time they won't. The bots may come across the ASIN and remove and issue a trademark policy violation or the Brand themselves may contact Amazon.
The best course of action is to follow listing policies so you know you are doing it correctly, just because someone else is getting away with it doesn't mean that you will. If you want to list this item find it in the catalogue using the EAN and list it there.
