Mediation Request
im having issues with reactivating my account. Amazon have failed to verify my invoices and suppliers dispite email confirmations, bank statements, LOA and many more evidence.
Ive recently submitted a Mediation Request. It said i will get a response back in 10 working days. Its now been 10 weeks. I still dont have any response? Any one know how i can get a mediation request elsewhere?

If you have had no response at all, then are you sure you submitted the request correctly ?
I found this: Requesting mediation
If you’ve tried to resolve your concern about your selling account through our standard channels and were unable to do so, you might be eligible for mediation. This is a process in which an impartial third party, external to Amazon, will facilitate dispute resolution.
What criteria does my seller account have to meet?
To be eligible for consideration, you must meet the following criteria:
Your business is registered in an EU member state or the UK.
You had active listings within the 12 months before you requested mediation in one or more of our European stores: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland or the UK.
You filed an appeal through our standard channels within six months of our original decision.
You requested mediation within six months of your first notification of the appeal’s outcome.
Not sure if this will help your situation.

Last year it took me about a month to get a reply. It might be that as the usual procedures fail sellers they might be swamped and the staff has never been increased to satisfy demand.
