Prepping glass bottles filled with liquid for FBA - Advice needed!

We are new to Amazon and trying to understand the prep requirements for sending our product to Amazon for FBA. Our product is a liquid in a glass bottle, so can we send it out in the same way that we would send it out to some of our other distributors ie in a box of 24 with cardboard dividers?
Or does it have to pass the drop test in order for Amazon to accept it for FBA?

If so, from what I understand, each unit needs to be packaged in a corrugated box (six sided) with a double screw-cap lid. So then, my questions are…

  • is this correct?
  • if it doesn’t pass the drop test when in this corrugated box, can we bubble wrap the bottle, and then put it in a corrugated box?
  • does anyone have any good recommendations as to where they get decent corrugated boxes from (must be big enough to hold a 500ml bottle)?

It would need to pass the drop test and I believe be bagged
you’d also need to package them in the quantities you sell in
So if you are selling them as a pack of 24 then you could keep them in your distributor boxes, but if you are selling in single units, you need to package them and label them singularly (or if in the same box make sure there’s no barcode on the outside box)
