Account suspension due to ASINs which I have never sold
I got a message from amazon stating i have sold ASINs which i have never sold and led to the suspension(currently deactivation). I was trying to track down to the first message which i recieved but somehow cant track it down. Upon appealing to them stating the following ASINs I have never sold with providing the screenshots in jpeg as evidence, i still got the same automated message.
What is the best way to tackle or solve this issue? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Did you ever add them to your inventory - even without selling them ?

Do you have them in your inventory though? Amazon do random checks which can mean they select ASINs you have listed but never sold.
