We are currently facing Error 8572 after multiple attempts to resolve the issue, having provided all requested documentation to Amazon. Despite opening a support ticket, the only response I receive is that the matter is pending and will be escalated, with an internal team supposedly working on it. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any assistance in resolving this issue, even after supplying every document required. The GS1 EAN is owned by the brand, which is registered under the same company name on Amazon, and the brand itself is also registered with Amazon.
