Can anyone give any help and specific advice regarding sending a pallet that has mixed pack group sizes. We are aware that you can send mixed sku’s but some of our products go into different pack groups as the sizes vary slightly. This seems to be causing us an issue.

We want to send a pallet that has multiple products of varying sizes but it all to go onto just one pallet. Amazon is separating this into multiple pallets per pack group which is not a suitable option.

We feel sure that what we want must be possible, but we’re missing something crucial - hopefully some of you on here have had this issue and overcome it and can tell us exactly what to do.
