I have been trying to close my account since January, 2025. I have no more books to sell since my mentor passed away. Why don't I get help with this from Amazon? Please help!

Is there some kind of error when you click the close account button?

Is the account active and fully verified ? - if so then there shouldn't be a problem. you simply need to log in to the account (cog wheel top right) - account info - bottom icon account management and then click on close account.
