So it has begun!
Has anyone else noticed the warning sign against their VTR? I am an RM OBA customer, and have C&D integrated with Amazon.
I appreciate that the new rules only kick in on the 19th of April. So, does it mean that IF, on the 19th of April the VTR is below 95% you get automatically suspended? Or, does the counter start ticking for order starting the 19th of April (meaning orders shipped prior to this date are not counted towards the VTR?)

I’m thinking its in the trial period cos it says I’ve tracked 3 furniture deliveries and as I only sell cards I’m not sure they count as furniture lol

I notice I only have 13 shipments with no VTR. All for orders despatched in February and no later than the 22nd Feb. It says the time frame for my reporting is 15th Feb to 16th March. This is out of the few 100 orders I despatched in this time frame.
For me it should sort itself out in the next week or so and I should be 100% Not sure why the orders in Feb are showing as an issue but assuming this is something now fixed. All my orders are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail and confirmed by RM Click and Drop. I only have a few orders that actually have valid tracking this number looks like the next day deliveries which would have a tracking number.

I am confused. Are we supposed to be adding tracking numbers for items sent with royal mail using 1st and 2nd class standard post? These items do not have tracking numbers, just a delivery confirmation barcode. Any ideas anybody?

Ours is an amazing 0.88% We simply don’t send tracked! There’s no need for us to… Our customers get their items no problem. The 1 or 2 who don’t each week we issue a quick refund and they’re free to re-order if the item is still required… We reply to messages within minutes… have never had an A-Z case… but according to Amazon because we don’t want to pay extra $$$ for a tracking code on sub £5 items we should be banned… makes sense…
And the more important question HAS ANYONE HIT 95% OR ABOVE??? All these forum posts I’m yet to find anyone who actually has 95% on the new or old system… even someone sending everything with DPD only had 93%

Most of mine are sent through Click and drop RM 48,so all should be tracked, but looking at the page you checked today it says 82.86%. When I look at the spreadsheet it’s just some have not been checked by the postman.
It seems ridiculous to hold us resposible for tht,and also impossible to rectify.
Does anyone have any ideas what else we can do ? Other than change to much more expensive delivery methods.
I have had no complaints of late delivery for well over a year.

We use click and drop integrated with Amazon, all our items are automatically uploaded with tracking number, however our VTR is showing at 82% when in theory it should be 100%.I downloaded the VTR defect report and all the items showed the uploaded tracking, but if the item is not scanned on delivery , then it will show as invalid.
Not sure what we can do about that, its beyond our control and I think will lead to mass suspensions and sellers giving up on here.

All working fine for me. Using 1st / 2nd class BPL via C&D. Only 3 are showing a warning, which was tests done using the Amz consignment manual update. The warnings are showing as you need to make changes now, the 30 day rolling period begun on the 20th. As of April19th, the notice will change to remove the part that says “at this time”, meaning you’ll be on the verge of being suspended from categories - which basically means suspended in general, but not total account closure, as if you’re suspended from the categories you sell in, you can’t sell in those categories any longer - so what are you going to sell?
I certainly don’t believe as of the 19th you need to begin doing changes! That would be very unwise to wait and see!

The following shipments are considered as exempted shipments
-
Domestic Shipments shipped through a carrier which is not integrated with Amazon (which I take to mean ‘other’? In which case I should be at 100% not 56%)
-
Digital products, e.g. Audio Book
Shipments sent through ‘Other’ delivery service providers will not be considered while calculating VTR performance.
