It is against forum rules to open multiple threads for same issue. This is a duplicate of your previous thread. I realise you must be frustrated, but you must have done something against policy for them to have picked up on this manipulation of feedback, reviews or ratings. Have you read the policy as they suggested and identified what you might have done ?
Once you have, then you need to submit an appeal - and they are very specific about how to write an appeal - usually needs to be in a 3 point format.
