My friend is currently unable to log in to his seller dashboard. Each time he attempts to access it, he receives an email from Amazon stating that no account exists. However, when he logs in through the Marketplace Selection page, his CID, RID, and Storefront Name are clearly displayed. Unfortunately, he cannot proceed beyond this page.
All marketplaces are showing a "Pending Registration" status. He believes this is the reason the support team is unable to locate his account using his company name. Since the registration is still incomplete, the system may not be fully recognizing his account.
He kindly requests that the support team try to locate his account using his CID, RID, or Storefront Name, as he is confident the account exists.
Additionally, we would appreciate your guidance on how to complete the pending registration process for the marketplaces, so he can fully activate his account and access the dashboard.

This is a common issue when a seller account is in "Pending Registration" status. Here's how to resolve it:
Your friend's account exists but is in a limbo state since registration wasn't completed. The CID, RID and Storefront name confirm this.
To fix this, your friend should:
Clear browser cache and cookies completely
Try accessing through: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/hz/registration/setup/status
