Blocked for selling books
Hi all,
We are trying to list books in used condition for sale but are unable to do so. We're told we can't sell books, or apply to sell at this time because our account doesn't meet the criteria. Does anyone have any insight?

Yes. Read the dozens of posts by long time book sellers that have had problems (including suspensions) for selling or even trying to sell certain books here.
If any of your books are textbooks consider yourself lucky that you were stopped since it could have gotten you suspended.
Many publishers are whitelisting their entire catalog of items including used.
Sellers are finding it necessary to sell elsewhere -- ANYPLACE else.

The following is just my own opinion.
The Amazon bots find SO many reasons to shut down used book listings that I think they are tired of responding to the unlimited number of sellers contacting them about said issues. Not many new sellers make it through, and even those of us who have been selling for ages here are getting multiple hits with ridiculous reasons to remove our listings. So I have a feeling new sellers are just told No.
There are a few other good sites to sell on, put some eggs into those baskets. Good luck.

There are certain Products that require approval but if you have any cases open with support feel free to share and I'll take a look. Otherwise I recommend checking the many similar threads here on forums for more seller insights.
