Royal Mail post to Israel
I'm FMB and just had an order from a customer in Israel...when I try to buy postage from RM I have come across this message on the website "Israeli Post have informed us that Israel has declared a state of emergency as of Friday, the 13th June 2025 until further notice.Due to flight unavailability, all Royal Mail services to Israel were suspended from 7pm on the 19th June 2025 until further notice."
As there's no end date given it looks like I'll have to cancel this order which will impact my pre-fullment cancellelation rate. I know this only lasts for a week but I'm already on 2.4% and don't want to push it up and over the 2.5% naughty step
Why didn't Amazon prevent Israeli cutomers from buying stuff from their website until the state of emergency is over?

...because Amazon don't take into account world situations !! You'll need to cancel the order, but I wouldn't worry too much - doubt you'll be struck off, and when are your previous ones about to drop off ?
