I have been vat exempt for a couple of months now, when I first registered I received an email telling me to wait until the end of September for the invoices and then to follow a link on the email to send the invoices directly to the vat team. However, when I clicked the link it doesn't work. I have since contacted Amazon multiple times, and have been told I need to wait for the vat team to contact me but it is taking so long just to get an email from them to tell me what to do. I'd rather get the ball rolling and send the invoices in since the wait for the refund is months long. Thanks for your help!
