FBA vs FBM Offers Question

Hi all

We have both FBA & FBM offers on our SKUs. However, our FBM offers seem to be taking precedent with buy box. The FBA inventory is at the warehouse and lead times are standard. Any reason why that would be?

We do have Subscribe & Save on our FBM SKUs but not FBA. Could this be the reason why?

Yes, Amazon is not allowed to favour FBA over FBM if all other paramteres are the same so the algorithm will see the subscribe and save as a better offer for the customer.

You could try offering a longer delivery time or slightly higher price on your FBM offer to try to nudge the buy box algorithm to favour the FBA offer at least until that gets adopted into subscribe and save too.

Delivery times for fba will vary by location on which warehouse the stock is held. having the product in variouse warehouses improves fba delivery times accross the uk.
