PRODUCT COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS
Hi Everyone,
I am getting very frustrated as I currently have 75 listings with compliance documents needed however the products in question are balloons (wedding, hen party, adult and more). These have been flagged up as Children's Toys?!?!?!?! Amazon have confirmed that these should be listed in the Home and Kitchen category and therefore won't need the documents. However they keep getting rejected every time I appeal? But surely I am not expected to submit documents for EU toys safety for items that aren't even toys?
I assume Amazons systems are automated and these have been requested in error? Can anyone shed any light?
I am due to go on maternity in a few weeks and I can't have 75 listings all deactivate :-(

All balloons do/should have CE markings so technically its correct although I cant imagine anyone is likely to get the documents. I've got 141 outstanding currently, all balloons

We are a balloon retailer and are working through 2500 requests.
Balloons are classified as toys and are required to have the UKCA/CE mark.
If you contact your supplier, they will have the DoC that you need to sent to amazon.

I had the same issue with watches, however, they were for adults. I created a case and seller support removed them from the list. Try it.

I'm having the same problem with my balloon bundles and have adding all the compliance papers my suppliers have given me and the have all been rejected!!!!! Now all my listings are blocked!!!! I have called so many times. And getting no where fast. One Amazon person told me to delete my listing wait 24 hours and resist....I have tried with two. tomorrow I will try to reinstate them. Some foil balloons don't have CE and is clearly stated on the pack THIS IS NOT A TOY. They are offial football balloons of Italian teams. I find this crazy! I'm desperate.
