Mass Listing Policy Violations
Hi all,
I am fairliy longstanding Amazon seller - selling perennial seeds. All my helath stats are usually very good.
Checked my account health today and had a heart attack to see that I had received last week 371 Listing Quality Violations - basically for every live product listing I currently have:
"Product Detail Page Rules Violation (Inaccurate information on product detail page)"
The problem is that I dont seem to have any way of knowing which field on the Product Detail page that is is causing the issue. I am guessing it is something in the my detailed descriprions of the product and germinating instructions, but is there any way I can narrow this down or test to find where the issue lies?
Thanks in advance for your help.

not that we have found when facing the same issues.
They simply expect you to know. You can try to contact seller support and ask and ask and ask again what the issue is causing the problem.
Eventually, they might tell you if you get a competent person on the other end.

Bullet points missing is one that causes issues now, as does the words 'delivery' or 'dispatch'. I've had all mine (at least not all at one go!) as violations due to mentioning that Express Delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Once I've added bullet points and removed those 2 words, I've not had any issues.
the p for paragraph doesn't get picked up on (yet!) , but as I've corrected the other issues, I've been updating to the br.

We've started having the same issue too where there's nothing obvious in the content that's against policy and we only use the allowed tags for line breaks.
We submit our information via Channel Advisor (or Rithum as they call themselves now) and have raised a case with them and they came back to other errors for the same SKUs where it's saying the products are in the wrong product type (even though we submit the correct Amazon browse nodes!) so am waiting for a response from them as to why this is the case - maybe this could be an issue if you are using the third party to load your data into Seller Central too?

Hi all, I had this issue and contacted the account health team who were surprisingly helpful at finding the issue. I was not happy either as the product in question I designed and listed myself so knew that there were no inaccurate details.

It's probably to do with the bullet points i had Fast & Free Delivery in my bullet points so i had to go through and edit 450 listings absolute nightmare it was

I'm getting this right now where the ASINs (although possibly not the barcodes, as I can still see copies on Amazon itself) are being treated as restricted products.
It seems like the algorithm is crawling through my inventory looking for a key word and banning the physical media. Closed so far are the following DVDs/VHS:
The Opposite of Sex
Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll
The Filth and Fury: A Sex Pistols Film
No Sex Please, We're British
Can you guess what the naughty word is yet?
