It's been incredibly difficult for me to get approved as a brand-authorized seller on Amazon, even though I am officially a reseller. Every time I reach out to the brand, they have no idea what Amazon means by logging in and "approving" me. Instead, they keep providing me with a letter granting the rights to sell their products—but unfortunately, that doesn't get me listed as an approved seller, and I still can't add videos to my listings.
The brand is starting to get frustrated with the process and wants a clear, simple method to follow. They’ve been patient so far, but they’re growing impatient with the lack of straightforward guidance from Amazon. A clear, step-by-step explanation or direct link they can use would really help.
