What can I do what esclations are ignored?
Hi there,
I have been applying to sell a certain product which is gated for a certain brand. I am a authorised partner and reseller of the brand in question and have brought 12 units of the product from a licensed distriburtor of the brand, in order to supply a invoice which is accpeted by Amazon.
I have applied nearly every day over the last one to two months to be approved to sell this product however each time it has been rejected even when the invoice is full proof of purchase of the product with EAN provided and a letter of authorisation which has my business name and address which matches my amazon profile and also the brand I can sell which is signed and such.
Each rejection did not provide me with a reason why just that "did not meet our review" and when asked for a escalation on that selling application or on a case, it has been ignored.
