HELP PLEASE!!! Buy Box Issue - AGAIN AND AGAIN

The buy box problem is resolved for a few weeks and then comes back to haunt us again. Can you please ask the team to solve it once and for all?
I spent hundreds of GBP on PPC after the buy box comes back. I made record revenue in the UK market last month and now sales dropped to almost zero.
And, also started receiving FBM orders. Never have I ever done FBM in the UK market. Only FBA in the UK market.

The buy box lost 3 times in the last 3/4 months. Before that, never once in the last 6/7 years
Moreover, no single listing in the UK market is FBM, started receiving FBM orders and now if we open a buybox case and tell Amazon that it happened to us before, Amazon blames the Tracking numbers and late deliveries. BUT WE HAVE NOT DONE FBM EVER IN THE UK MARKET.
Look at the order's history.
We have uploaded CLR, Price/Inventory Flat file, but this problem is not getting fixed.
Please help us with Buybox and this FBM issue.
