Help Needed: Request to Sell Brand Approval Rejected Despite Submitting Valid Invoice

Hello fellow sellers and Amazon advisers,

I recently applied for approval to sell a branded product on Amazon, and my request was rejected despite submitting a legitimate invoice from the brand's official manufacture/owner. I have a trade account with the brand, and I purchased products directly from them. The invoice I provided meets all of Amazon’s invoice requirements, including my company details, product descriptions, and quantities.

However, I did not receive a specific reason for the rejection, which makes it difficult to understand what went wrong. As a legitimate seller with a valid invoice, I’m unsure why my approval request was denied. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any insights on why this might happen?

I would really appreciate any advice or guidance from the community or Amazon advisers to help me resolve this.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Best regards,

Amazon don't just make their decision based on the invoice. They also look at a seller's account history and there may be other factors too.

The general advice is that if a seller gets a generic "this won't reflect badly on your account " response they should apply again after growing their account with other brands / categories.
