Hello,I’m new at amazon seller platform and I’ve sold two items with FBA and all my money went into “"Account Level Reserve “ and I can’t find any information when my money gets released how long does it takes since item delivered ? I asked customer service and they just sending me the link with policy but still can’t see any dates

If you had read the policy you would have seen this ...
Funds will be reserved until a shipment has been delivered, plus a reserve period. The standard reserve period is seven days after delivery date (“DD+7” reserve policy). For example, if you sell something on January 1, and it is delivered on January 6, then under the DD+7 policy, your funds will become available for disbursement starting on January 14.

of course I’ve read but the order was delivered on 07th June and today is 24th June and still money in reserve
