We list on amazon italy but ship from the uk, we had the below email today, our sales in italy are less than 10k per year, does anyone know if we still have to register for a Codice fiscale?

To provide your Codice fiscale , go to Seller Central, click on ‘Add a VAT/GST number’, select ‘Italy’ in Country field and provide the required information: (a) your Italian Tax ID in the ‘Citizen ID’ field for Individual Selling Partners OR (b) your Italian VAT ID in the ‘VAT/GST Registration Number’ field for Companies.

Sure i saw that, but amazon you do have to really double and tripple check what they say.
We are uk based so i guess we are exempt
