After numerous back and forth with Amazon via their case system, I am hoping someone else can offer another way forward?

We were asked to reverify our account identity information and as part of that process Amazon has requested the following:

"We require you to add four beneficiaries as beneficial owners in Seller Central excluding the primary contact person."

We are happy to comply, but the Account Info > Identity Information section of Seller Central appears to only allow adding four beneficiaries INCLUDING the primary contact person. Essentially Amazon want to see a total of five beneficiaries, which I can't find a way to do.

If anyone has indeed been able to add five beneficiaries including the primary contact person, can you please explain how?

Amazon's own instructions in the performance notification just redirects to other pages, none of which are the Account Info > Identity Information section, so maybe there's a page somewhere else that I can't find to do this; if so, please let me know?

All case replies basically say we need to transfer you to another team and give no meaningful help even after attaching screenshots of the problem I am facing. There last response suggested I directly email seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, which I have done, but without reply.

Each time I submit identity information for verification the same performance notification comes back with the same request to add more beneficiaries.

Meanwhile the clock is ticking down for our account to be verified before Amazon will suspend selling / payment privileges.
