Me too. have contacted them 3 times, all nonsense replies. I have sent it to MD and they havent replied in a week.

You cant do removal orders if you're currently in the middle of the VAT documents saga

I have the same problem and I was verified a few weeks back so it's very naughty of them to withhold our stock from us - case has been opened and escalated to the 'specialist team' but that was a while ago too
