Invoice 888 lots rejected -need help understanding why

Hello everyone!!

I submitted an invoice from the Company 888 Lots, but amazon rejected it. The invoice includes my business name, item name and purchased date. Has anyone had success using 888 Lots invoice for ungating or products approval?

Is there anything I can request from 88 Lots to make the invoice acceptable (such as changes or extra documentation)?

I would appreciate any guidance. Thank You.

Hello @Seller_CYh3flnoqLzrT,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. As the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.

For this reason, you may be required to gain approval to sell certain products. In most situations, a direct invoice from the brand (not 888 Lots) is required.

A letter of authorization (LOA) can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.

You will find more details about this using the resources below:
