Hello,
I'm writing this under a friend's login. I cannot log into my account and the instructions provided by Seller Central are not possible to follow due to not being able to access my account.
I cannot reset my password, I'm not provided the option to click "did not receive code," and I've sent 10 help desk tickets all of which repeat the same response. HELP please!

Well that's not a good idea. If you logged in using your own machine his account will soon be suspended as "Related.

In order for you to regain access to your account, I suggest contacting customer support so they can troubleshoot and potentially reset your login information. Alternatively, you can utilize the forgot password tool on the login screen.
