How did you choose your brand name?

Good morning Sellers!

I imagine it took you some time to choose the brand name for your products.

So, I wanted to invite you to share your experience.

How did you find inspiration? What criteria did you consider?

I am sure you have some very interesting stories to share. I look forward to reading your contributions!

I'm sorry, but I find the whole branding thing a farce. Zillions of sellers buying the exact same items from the same suppliers and then giving that same item a 'brand' name - all it has done is make an absolute mess of the catalogue (my opinion only, and apologies to all you 'brand' owners !)

I mean ours was simply our company name so the choice was made for me.

I'd love to hear from the sellers including the word Prime in their store name though and how they came to that decision!

Hello,

I named my brand after my eldest daugthers nickname.

She loves it!

IMHO sellers only need to have a brand names if they have two specific reasons, either they manufacture products or have products made solely for them by a manufacturer. All the rest is just a ego boosting nonsense.

Keep it short, good for web address and e mail. Easy to remember.
