New professional account got deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement.
On the notification / email they are asking for "A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service" , on the website they are asking for "A bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, water or Internet service with name and address visible. ". so what I am trying to figure out is:
- Do they need document under my name or under the business name?
- Will a mobile phone bill be accepted?

They need a utility bill for your HOME address, with your name - it is part of the personal ID verification. Mobile phone bill is on their list of accepted documents.
